If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days of approval. Please be noted that all refunds will be made by a store credit only, that can be used within next 12 months from the date of the purchase.
Should you wish to exchange for another item we will refund the money for your store credit in your “My account” section and you can use the credit against a purchase anytime within next 12 months.
We only replace items if they are delivered not as per your order, defective or damaged. Before each shipment, we inspect each item to ensure no visible damage. Should any hidden damage or fault occur, we will be happy to exchange. Mechanical damage to the items during shipping, to be considered exceptionally for replacing, needs to be documented with the shipping company representative upon receipt of delivery in writing and with photo documentation.
Late or missing refunds
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping charges aren’t refundable unless you received the wrong order or products were received damaged (hidden faults as per the paragraph “Exchanges”). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish we could arrange a return shipment for you, the cost of return (25 AED) will be deducted from your refund.
If an item was purchased with free shipping, a shipping charge will be added to the order and a partial refund would be made.
If you are shipping an item over 350AED, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
